Reframing my experience, looking up and looking forward. It was only in retrospect that I saw how miserable and exhausted I had been in the run-up to finding I had cancer. Fast forward 15 years, and I can hardly believe the difference - I have changed so much in my life especially in terms of my self-care (sleep!) and work that fulfils me and makes me so grateful for everything I have.
