I like how everyone talks about oil as a "cursed liquid" and something that can bring great wealth but will bring great misfortune. Between AFiEU, WBaWC, and this, ZUN has really been getting to take potshots at issues in the real world.
Also that is a great reprise of the title theme.

The soundtrack comes from 東方剛欲異聞 ～ 水没した沈愁地獄 (Touhou Gouyoku Ibun ~ Submerged Hell of Sunken Sorrow), the 17.5th Touhou game. Instead of a fighting game, the game is a single-player beat-'em-up based around fighting enemies while collecting water to perform hyper attacks.
