Tightening up the sight adjustment on the RIA 1903 at 100 yards before moving back to 200...all in preparation for the August, 2023 Military Rifle Shoot.
The Hornady 150 FMJ seems to run well with 43.0 grains of Reloader 15. I need to get busy and prep a batch of brass for the rifle.
I'm pleased with how the rifle is shooting at such low round count. I need to spend some time working on my trigger press and follow through. For several of the shots, I was too free on the rifle and allowed a lot of recoil variation.

Just kinda look the other way on the shots where I was too free on the buttstock! You'll see a few where I wasn't riding it as well as I need to. 🙂

Looks like a promising rifle for sure. I must admit, a 1903 in .308 Winchester is a bit different.

Thanks, Travis. It’s printed some decent groups and has scored well. It’s a slippery shooter, and I sometimes don’t do a good enough job managing the recoil - which shows up as a point of impact shift. More practice! 🙂
