@@gforce7431 Besides, late game Zyra is gonna spam plants faster than the shiv cool down anyway. Unless it's an integral part of your build, buying the shiv just to counter Zyra is very wasteful.

Another Sona main here, I'm the type of aggressive Sona that fight duel with the enemy jungler or ADC and wins it KEKW also Bard and Renata!! but currently my main is Swain and Renata, then Poppy and Sona

He might be able to get that in. Since you are not asking anything specific for the champ, that leaves him to do a situational build based on the enemy comp. However he probably ly has a lot of planned champs with their specific builds in his lineup so you might be wait quite a while to see it.
W indeed eats a lot of mana but I've noticed that sustaining eats significantly less mana if you use it both for shielding and healing. Prevent some damage, heal some back and suddenly you don't have to use W so often.
Shotgun Sona might be one of the most underrated champ build in league. Sona actually pack quite a punch on her kit, especially the auto hit Q at a very long range.
Back when I used to play, I was a Sona main. One of her biggest weakness in off lanes was her abysmal waveclear. I've tried everything. Rageblade (back when it gave ya a small aoe on max stacks) ludens, nothing would work very well. I have my reasons for not playing LoL again, but I would of loved an ap scaling static shiv. Even if it gives you zero stats you would like, the additional damage it does would make up for any loss of ap offensively.
I tried this build against an Akali, and I absolutely decimated her XD. The early game is pretty slow, but if your jungler helps you at the beginning, at least at the bare minimum, you can get the upper hand quite faster, and hit like a truck earlier. I loved playing Sona back in 2015~2016, when I was the typical Support Main, but I grew tired of the lane and became an auto filler. Being able to still play her in a different lane is really satisfying.
You should do a kindred build with the new items he’s kinda squishy but does massive amounts of smog to make up for it. If you get a lot of marks just makes the game super easy

hey zwag i been playing league for a while and love your vids as you go in depth about what you do and why! i really struggle with wave mechanics and how to really manage it mid game though no matter now many vids i watch or try in game, could you possibly do a re cover on a vid you post before or something like that explaining how you managed the waves and what your causes for it were? it would mean a lot to me but either way love the content thanks G

Zwag, try this with Seraphine! Add Rapid Firecannon for the 900 attack range proc! I've had the pleasure of doing it a few times in ARAM and it's insanely fun to attack your opponent from long range with the lightning
I'd like to see you try theese new items (with full AP build) on strong early game supports. Maybe they won't fall off as much, e.g: Karma, Nami, lulu, etc

Can you do galeforce rush yone/yasuo before they get hotfix nerfed? New gale scales with crit and does 1k dmg at 2 items. Gale rush into BT shieldbow flex item (probably death dance). Both champs currently at 55%+ winrate in most regions in mid top adc. Also ghostblade hecarim before it gets nerfed, currently pick or ban in korea, gets around 100 ad and 40 lethality from one item, full build Q does over 1k dmg. First comment asking for Crit Rengar With the new Infinity Edge buff to Crit damage and Rengar Q always being a Crit he can do some insane damage if he snowballs Essence River also adds more damage to the Q while also giving some good Haste Bloodthirster buff also allows him to deal even more damage since the new passive allows more burst damage with full health I played with Press the attack since Rengar can easily proc the rune with his full combo
