This is definitely one of the better todorokis weve seen in these battleground games, and there isnt too much u could do to improve him except for maybe another passive or two. He still kind of ends up as a boring character, though, because todorokis attacks are mainly just aoes that either freeze, burn, or do both. High effort, low potential, you know what i mean?
