Really excellent I can't stop watching this video Tons of power and snap in your kata performance i really like the way you perform the movements I practice nihanshi several times a week my performance isn't up to your standard but thats ok your a few years younger than me 😂 i try to work on a lot of nihanshi bunkai on my 2 grappling dummies Especially the grappling bunkai that nihanshi is richly filled with Thankyou for sharing this video Its great to be part of a larger community where people are working hard to achieve perfection 👍👍

Very nice :) instructional and to the point. I personally don't like "scooping" my koshi-gamae too much. Your hips are doing beautiful work in terms of generating power so your arms should just go straight back. But I could be wrong :) I practice SKIF Shotokan and different organisations have different opinions about stuff like that hehe. ANYWAY, the video is awesome! I love following your videos on Instagram too!

I really like niahanchi and all the tekki katas. There's a lot of room to play with rythm and speed changes. After the inside block, are you doing a back fist to the nose or upper lip, or are you doing somewhat of an upper cut? Both are fine, but doing the upper cut I think about hitting teeth.

Only a brown belt but this is kata I like the best
