Everyone is probably going to get fired but I would play Watson till you draft a replacement in the 1st or 2nd round. I would start O'Connell when Minshew is not scoring or against the Steelers or Chiefs, because O'Connell problem is also not scoring, and you don't want a low scoring experiment in one you can win. Raiders have a chance to make the playoffs if they finish 2nd in their division.
