Anybody talking from other side - Arnab gives less chance. And then he accuses them "what affection you have with Peter?" he asks. At 15:59 he even tells the lawyer "He might give you the case" Why not allow the other side to place their arguments. Is it any TimesNow vs Star?

+Madhumita Mukerje, if the judicial system, police is weak, steps should be taken to improve those system. Under any circumstances have a trail in the media and bigotry. It's worng. The judicial law is careful constructed and good. The process might take long but the laws for a reason. Times now and Goswami in particular can't play the judge and allow some panelist as jury members and decide what is the verdict whether he is guilty or not . It does not work like that. Remember there are dedicated viewers of the show. These kind of media trails propagate certain opinions. That is bad. The reality is no one knows how a person acts or reacts in a situation. People are different and react differently. It's just wrong when Goswami and a bunch of jury who sit with him say, he did this because he said this, for conviction there should be evidence beyond any reasonable doubt . If found guilty then punish him. And that is done by the court.

I must appreciate the effort how this case is brought up. I have couple to points that may frame Rahul as culprit 1, If we see benefit of murder motive. Rahul has more chance of benefit then Peter and Indhrani. Because Indhrani is his step mother and may be Rahul not like his father marrying so. 2, Before the murder Rahul has no issues with Peter and Indhrani. So after her missing why Rahul have to tape these conversations. It may be have chances that Rahul creates the Brentley car guy Nishanth and he made fake call to Peter and Indhrani as Sheena. so he can frame Peter and Indhrani by taping their conversations. And we miss the main and important part of investigation that how the relationship is between Sheena and Rahul in last days. May be Sheena went odd or against on Rahul. There are many more poits will be raise if we see in angle of Rahul as culprit.
