Pochettino is a complete failure there is no two way about it, giving him more time or being patience with him won't take Chelsea anywhere. E.g. inexperienced Frank Lampard took over at Chelsea with two transfers window barn losing our key player in person of Eden Hazard yet Chelsea ended 3rd and we were actually seen improvement until things changed the next season yet Chelsea were not far away from top 4.
