After the ECB’s latest May rate announcements, we’ve recorded an updated video to bring Tracker mortgage customers fully up to speed.
The good news though is that there is still time for tracker mortgage holders to reduce their exposure to these increases.
By switching to the best fixed rate on the market the average tracker mortgage holder will save over €10,000 over a 15 year term if rates stay put.
Remember: A typical customer will pay more than €6,000 more by fixing with the lender they are with, so don’t just fix with your current lender without checking with an independent broker first.
