Should I Join REAL Broker 2024 | Is Real Broker Right For You?
If you've tuned into this channel and these videos on Real Broker, you've probably heard me say "I'm making the video I wish existed when I joined Real Broker." And this is a great example of that. I switched to Real Broker about a year ago, and it's given me a lot of time to reflect on who this brokerage might be right for, and who wouldn't thrive.
This channel will be focused on helping new and established real estate agents in 2024 and going forward, cut through all the noise and stand out above the pack. We believe in doing things differently, out-smarting, out-branding and outworking the average agent and team.

Great info. I just got licensed this week but I’ve been preparing since January. I interviewed 6 different brokerages and REAL was always the best, at least with HOW I work. I attended a REAL seminar with Sharran in Clovis, CA too and loved the energy, future plans and mindset. I know this business will be hard but I feel so ready and determined. Thanks for the video I’ve watched countless videos on this 🙌🙏🙏🙏

Hi… great video , thank you! I’m an upcoming agent in California. Im pretty sure I’m going with REAL. I haven’t chosen my Sponsor yet though. I have a question I can’t get answered as of yet: How does the actual paperwork happen? The kind of paperwork that locals talk about having to print off in their offices. Is there a different strategy done with an online Brokerage? Do you have to invest in a big printer to support copies of contracts and documents that need to be printed ? Thank you 😊

Thanks so much! Good question! I don’t have a printer and so much happens digitally now that I really have very little need to even buy one for my office. We only really print promotional brochures and stuff, and we use FedEx Office or Office Depot for the limited amount of actual printing we do! With how little physical copies an agent needs, I would not let printing be a factor in deciding which brokerage you choose :)
