I have found that eyes covered works best for me. But also, if I have an uncomfortable or scary experience, opening my eyes and seeing that bit of light is very useful in killing that immediate discomfort. I may do it a few times until I am through that particular experience, then cover up my eyes again to continue. I used to get scared, but knowing that this works has made ketamine not scary anymore. Its helping hugely with SAG and PTSD

Wonderful and empathic. Absolutely agree. Some patients experience the most crystal clear vision. That in itself can be so alien, it can overwhelm. So eyeshades absolutely - looking inwards healing. Breath work also essential. Following your RU-vid journey, weaving through such advice also a necessity. Well done.

Absolutely! My first treatment, I asked my wife if my eyes were open or closed? Lol closed, but I was seeing all sorts of things.

I tend to vomit if I keep my eyes open. Do not know why.
