So today, I will be talking about my plans to change my 1996 Volvo suspension into a 2010 Volvo suspension. I also will discuss me changing my rear ends from a set of 373s to a pair of 355 rears.

Adding a little bit of wb with the air ride will DEFINITELY help

By all means convert to air ride, but please don't stretch, as the excellent manoeuvrability of the cab over layout will be lost. Davis and Sons had all sorts of trouble with their stretched K100 in narrow dirt roads with deep ditches.

Put that 2010 rear clip with the 3.55 ratio would DEFINITELY be AWESOME upgrades plus air ride cab. Lmk if Ur planning on selling the 24.5 budd alum rims.😎🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🇺🇸💎👍🏾🙌🏾✌🏾

Another thought. Your truck is only marketed by Volvo, it is really a White Motors development of a Road Commode, so the frame dimensions may differ from the "real" Volvo frame. Measure really carefully.

stay original buddy ! That air ride will make it great enough….it’s your awesome truck, but I would not mess with the integrity of the frame

How costly is it to do a full chassis swap instead of just chopping off the rear-end?
