Bro! My 14 year old sometimes doesn't wanna shower before he goes to bed. If consent to him his hygiene would suck. He is gonna shower every day before going to be no matter what. I'm a parent my point is to teach and make sure he is a well groomed clean boy.

I remember how my mummy used to chase me around to take a shower before bed even after I had played all day with sand I still will not want to. But because she exerted her power I will definitely have to do it. Even until I was about 8-10 years old. After puberty when I began having interest in girls, I would bath almost 3 times daily. (During the dry seasons in Africa Oct-Feb the grounds are very dusty and you get dirty easily) I will never let my crush catch me unfresh. 😂😂😂 Then it was my mum who will complained I used too much water 😅 I had no money of my own. Keeping clean was my biggest flex. 😅 I was about 13-15 at this time. Maybe if you let your 14 year old know about this, he may want to bath more often. 😅

I have never done drugs in my life . But looking at these people who are invited , I think they all do some sort of it which makes you delusional without showing you are high on something. Last week after watching this video, I sued my Parents. There are so many incidents in which they didn't ask for my consent to change my diaper and the few they did ask, I didn't understand a word of the gibberish they were saying and they misinterpreted that I shrugged, meaning I don't know what you're saying, I'm just 2 months old for god's sake! I think it's not about consent because it's not possible for babies to understand that concept yet. She's saying more like make the chore, such as nappy changes or baths, less of struggle or traumatizing and make it more enjoyable for both parent and baby. She's saying wait for a while until baby is calm or less tensed and then do the job so they won't hate it the next few times. But it's not about consent at all. Her intentions are coming from a good place but it's totally conveyed in a ridiculous way.

No you don't wait. The longer you leave shit in a diaper the higher chance for infection. Especially baby girls. It's paramount to change them and not let them stew in their own shit. Rashes and infections are far more uncomfortable than a few minutes of crying because they don't like to be changed. That's why we are the adults and make the decisions because they have no clue what is good for them.

Her argument actually completely backfires on her 🙈 So.... if the baby continues to 'say/show' NO to consent to changing nappy, but, as she says, she will still have to go ahead and change the nappy eventually anyway (when she gets the "right moment"🙄) Eh...soooo, what message is that sending?
