In LeBron’s six seasons with the Lakers, they made the playoffs four times and they were the 7th seed in all three of those seasons. They missed the playoffs twice and if it wasn’t for the play-in games, it would’ve been four. Outside of winning it all in 2020, LeBron’s tenure in LA has been a fiasco. Yeah, it’s time for the Purple and Gold to hit the reset button.

He’s never been an amazing on ball defender, but he has been able to defend 4-5 positions competently, as well as read passing lanes and block shots. I’m not sure what “in the spotlight” means to you. I noticed when he didn’t have his shot falling early in game 2, he started exerting more effort defensively and less offensively. He has to conserve energy somehow.

You know what's interesting, The AD/Lebron tandem outscored Jokic/Murray tandem in game. Yes their window to win a champion together is smaller every day but people act like they're washed. The difference is Jordan was swept by a team that had 4 hall of famers and he still dropped 63 in a game which is still the most points scored in a playoff game. Jordan also broke his leg in 86 which is the same period. LeBron is ready to run back to the East conference where it's easy because he is a runner and wants no part of that Denver smoke.
