Hi friends! Yes, I'm wearing sunglasses today, kind of odd, but it helped me get this video up so.... Would love to hear your thoughts on the new Pochette Accessories that Louis Vuitton has put out with upgrades, but wait there's more! You get to spend $1500+ for it! Ha!
Hi, hope you are feeling better! I never had any of the previous versions, so I went and picked up this newest version today and she is even more gorgeous in person! I think I want it in DE as well, so may have to go to the pre-love market for that....I am really late this to this party! Such a practical and versatile bag! TFS.
Love you just the way you are and keeping you in prayer.I’m blessed to have the Pochette Accessories bag trifecta love all three so I’m good thank you for sharing this video❤
Dear Shanti, I understand the feeling of shame that you mentioned earlier on, even though there is nothing to be ashamed of because this is something that’s (unfortunately) natural and could happen to literally anyone. However, you’re looking gorg and fab, as per usual! I love how you rock (no pun intended) that look! Regarding the Pochette accessoires, TBH, I’ve always been kind of cheap when it comes to SLG’s, so, for example, I bought the MPA and, instead of using it as one bag, I use the small one as a mini Pochette accessoires in my bags for miscellaneous stuff. Same for the coin purse, which I use to store my Airpods. I attached my monogram Speedy B’s strap to the larger pochette to use it as a grab-and-go bag, and I put the guitar strap on either my Speedy or Métis if I feel adventurous. Regarding the Neverfull, the pochette that comes with them is genius! Last year, I got a Loop Hobo, and have found the pochette that comes with it super useful for bags that wouldn’t normally fit my Cosmetic Case PM or the mini Pochette (although I do have to be strategic about what I decide to bring). By the way, your amarante Félicie is to die for! I have an Alma PM in that color that I never use, but will never let go of because of how special this particular shade is. Sorry for the super long comment. Wishing you the best and nothing but the best always and forever!
Thanks so much for your support. You are probably the smart one here on cost by buying the MPA. If you are taking it apart and using it in different ways, it does make the pill easier to swallow. How are you liking the Loop Hobo? It’s on my wishlist. Isn’t Amarante gorgeous??? Glad you found a way to use this flat Pochette, with these prices everything needs to be put into use! I love long comments🩷🩷🩷.
I agree this is better than the neverfull pouch. I bought pochette accessoires and sold the pouch because I didn’t like it and use this within my bag for work, travel or just every day. Great video!
I have been wanting this Pochette and will probably add the new version. BTW love your Maui Jim sunglasses, what is the version. I would love to get some. Also Prayers for a full recovery.
I will take all the prayers I can get, thank you. The PA is on my wishlist as well. The Maui Jim’s can be found here: www.mauijim.com/US/en_US/shop/sunglasses/fashion/two-steps
Oh I just found your channel. I love designer handbags. Over the past years, I really feel like Louis Vuitton has kind of been throwing a whole bunch of things against the wall and seeing what sticks, and I think it’s to satisfy the insatiable desires of the younger generation. They always want things to change and look different and to be new and they only use it for a few months and then get bored of it. It’s craziness. I have favourite things and I will use them for years literally until they fall apart because they’re my favorite. You know this generation uses things for a little while and then they want to throw it away. They’re not attached to anything. I really like you too. Thanks for the video.
I tend to agree except how are these younger folks affording all of this luxury??? When I was young, I would just dream about luxury…. I try to but what I think I will like and if I change my mind, it’s important to sell. Glad you found my channel!
@@shantisangit i’m not quite sure either because my first Louis Vuitton bag was used and it was a gift from my parents, and that’s how everything got started way back when with me. But it’s a lot of the younger generation are not choosing to leave home. Maybe they have a lot of money because they don’t have to pay rent. I’m not sure it’s an interesting conversation.
This generation have the biggest debts . They are neck in debt because they cannot stop spluring themselves. It is okay to reward yourself from time to time but balnce is the key.
Shanti, I hope you get relief from your hives soon! When I saw some of the videos of the new Pochette Accessories, I ran out and bought the old version at the store. I already own it in the Damier Azur and love how much it fits. I was worried about the new version taking away the storage capacity. Would love to see if you get the new version and your review of it!
If I could buy it and not spend $1500 that would be nice…lol. Either I bite the bullet and stop complaining or just sit on the sidelines…i do want it though, it looks nice.
Shanti, I hope you recover from this hives soon. I think it’s crazy that LV has decided to discontinue the old version and create a whole new bag, increase the price and add a chain with extra pockets with a significant increase in price. I look forward to see if it is worth it. I will pray for a fast recovery. 💕💕
Thank you so much for your prayers...keep them all coming. LV has lost their mind and here I am intrigued....That's they cycle they create though...I hope someone buys one and shares it on YT.
Oh no! Sounds similar to what happened to me and I figured it out! I am allergic to Castro Oil! You'll be surprised what it is in. Lotion, creams, lip gloss, lip stick, eye creams, face creams, hair products etc! I was able to figure it out when I put Castro Oil in my hair. My scalp got so itchy...it was bad! I got blisters on my scalp. That is how I found out about my allergy to it so I decided to look at all skin care ingredients and makeup. Yep! It was in some of those products too! I got rid of all those items and always look at the ingredients list. Since then, no other issues and this was about 5 or 6 yrs ago.
Sooooo...I personally think this was a knee-jerk reaction from Louis Vuitton in response to some smaller companies that offer chains and other decorative elements to dress up the various pochettes that they offer to make them "unique" and more personalized. Hey...we all want to look like our best self and not "cookie cutter" versions of everyone else. I think Louis Vuitton analyzed the situation incorrectly and made a bad business decision when they decided to get in on that "game". After all...who would want to pay more money for the "privilege" of looking the same as other women AND being charged yet MORE money for the privilege??? Especially not for coated canvas emblazoned with logos!!! I want LESS logos. I'm not a billboard. BTW...I managed to buy a vintage pochette assessoires in red Epi leather in good condition for a ridiculously small amount from a Japanese reseller on Ebay...literally a fraction of the price with one discrete logo...and did I mention it's leather, not coated canvas???
