That's a good point, Andrea, but as a non-single person, it annoys me when men jog topless. If you are saying you are too hot for a shirt, what do you think women have to do? Just keep your shirt on. Most businesses claim "no shirt, no shoes, no service", so that should also include public transportation!
It's legal now for women to be topless. One evening I was out walking and a couple of women came from the other direction holding hands and both were topless. I smiled at them and they gave me a huge smile in return. Before, it always annoyed me that men would go around without shirts, but now, if it's equal... who cares. I don't want to see your body but this is a personal choice, not mine.
