they need to lower the cost of the activities that use waveplates. There's no reason anything should cost 60 waveplates, especially with how bad the rewards are for them.
It is all over again with 120 resin in genshin at launch😅 Yeah we have more in wuwa but i dont feel it at all. Just did my 2 bosses and well it is gone But I have feeling that both games did it to make progression more lengthy. Like in genshin they made it to 160 wuwa will also lower cost eventually
I just hate the waveplate/resin/vitality system. Remove it entirely. Give us stuff for killing enemies instead, doing bosses. Lower the drop percentages. Want to level up a character? kill enemies with it in party. Want weapon experience, hope for drops experience item drops when you kill stuff. Want to improve skills? Do the boses, higher tiers have higher chances for drops. Farm ahead.. Don't see any major reason to have Wave plates, we will end up at some point anyway where we will just use it whenever we need it. Some may play in a way where they feel compelled to use it but I lost that need after a year of Genshin. I just don't care about that anymore.
The only issue I have currently with the game is everything costing too much imo. Ascension bosses should not cost 60, they should be 40 at most. XP and Money should be 30
honestly the only thing completely turning me off from wuwa is; it costs 60 waveplates to get 1 tuner for an echo, you need 5 tuners to fully upgrade a single echo... this is ofcourse at UL30 but wow. this completely offsets the benefit of being able to farm echos all day if itll take you a days and 1/4th of your waveplates to roll one of them to max.
This is one of those things people think way to hard about, energy is energy and you have to spend it to get the progress regardless, you definitely could math it out and min-max the shit out of them with like world tier ups and what not but most people don't, at best they just save them for a new character or something and burn it then, which is also a fine option.
totaly agree, i bet some people ll save this box to WW2. I understand save some few for a new character tho, is always good, or just pre farm if u can.
Well, the most important to farm is exp and tuner for echo, and since u can get echo without using any wave plates even Boss echo, it'll burn really fast if u looking for perfect stat.
i use mine to rise new unite let's say i think a unit is cool but i'm not too sad if i doont get them i wont prefarm but i ll try a 50/50 if i loose it's a garented for the next if i loose i use stamina to build them faster
Its optinal but unless you want to spend like 2 or even maybe weeks in the 30-40 range then yiu should. Plus echoe xp sruff and acension material gotta be geinded one way or the other
I dont see the reason to save it. In Honkai star rail I used to save energy but now since I built most of the characters abd I am saving my gems for the next character to built. I have extra Energy to spend every day. there is literally no point in saving them
Let's take this example: will you use up all your work opportunities to get promoted quickly and get an early raise or will you live in poverty for several months just to use up all your work opportunities in one day when you feel it's time
but whats important to consider is when what drops good stuff or not. the echo tuner stuff as well as leveling materials drop really bad in low levels, while bosses are comparable fine. so its like reaching level 20 as fast as possible over mainquest, sidequests and exploration while doing only minimum of the training giving money. then 20-30 only bosses. after 30 you can consider other stuff, especially tacet fields. after 40 you are quite free and most stuff is worth it now. (oh also at the end of the week do the 3 weekly bosses, the material is always worth it no matter what level)
