Mine wasn't on damage. But after grinds he became one of my best damage dealers. Seems like kill potential pulls the positive 22% proc. Js. I have used him every single day since I got him. He doesn't even need crit damage. Just atk. Decent crit. I'd share mine if I could.

hey seii, would it be better to use jaara or lucifer in a gb12 team? i know branding is like a 30% dmg increase but no idea how much lucifer increases. probably would still use with wind harpy, just as fluff dmg + branding

Ever since Olivers release that i wanted him badly and even after all the nerfs I still want him, his S3 looks so cool with the crit animation! Wasnt playing on the choose your Nat5 and i dont know if he was an option but i woild pick him in a heart beat!!!!!

People used to laugh at me when I said a decent chunk of why Oliver (right after the big buff) was broken was because of his damage. I always agreed that his damage wasn't the biggest reason why he was strong, but I felt like people acted as if it didn't matter, and that Com2us removing the up to 100% damage increase on skill 3 was a pseudo-nerf. Even though Oliver was still insanely strong after they removed it, it absolutely was not a pseudo nerf. Before the nerf, I used my +800 (ish) attack Oliver as a Kinki counter because his raw damage was just SO high that it didn't proc kinki passive. The main reason why Oliver was very strong (and needed to be nerfed) was because of his speed lead and control, but the thing that pushed him over the edge into being BROKEN beyond belief was that he did all of that AND was a strong damage dealer. Even now he still packs a punch, but it was ridiculous before. If Oliver did very low damage right after they gave him the skill 2 and 3 buff and gave him the speed leader, i think people would think he was very strong and needed a bit of a nerf, but not BROKEN level.
