This is golden advice Siddhant, Even if you want that 'Model type Physique', You need some bulking phases for the muscle mass, Lean without muscle mass is skinny not shredded.
3 years into training and I can agree that social media really did mess up the starting phase because of the over glorification of the "lean aesthetic body". I wasted too much time trying to get lean. Lesson learned the hard way 😅

Bro I've recently completed on a powerlifting meet and I won a bronze medal and after this meet I went on a trip and I gained lots of water weight and after 3 months I have nationals and I have to compete under 74 kg and right now I'm 81 kilos so is it possible to lose thous water weight and at the same time gain some Numbers in SBD ?
