Should You Buy A Used Audi Q5?

This week I drove around in an Audi Q5, a very popular SUV! I contemplated if one of them made sense as a used car purchase right now. While the Q5, particularly the facelifted example I was driving in, feels like a high quality compact luxury crossover both inside and out... I'm not sure I'd buy one used at the current prices!
Yes, an older pre-facelift model (2017+) will be a bit less than this 21' model, but then you're trading wear/tear, mileage, and very likely foregoing any sort of warranty. I'm not sure that would be any smarter than paying the premium for a newer example. But really, I'd just stay away all together until new vehicle supply is replenished!

HI. Thanks for the video. Appreciate your advice. I am actually planning to purchase a used Q5 either 2019 or 2020. I am currently seeing $22K-$27K sticker price with between 55K to 61K miles, Premium package. Thoughts? I used to drive an A4.

Don't worry....just tell people come to dealerships of luxury car they would see much much more buyers used one than brand new ones lot and salesman are very busy than brand new side , why is new ? Like you said it's just 10k miles enough .

Change them speakers out. Realizing more car models putting cheap speakers in to cut cost. Find some infinity or jvc for $100 best buy 90 to install not bad

I saw a 2014 Q5, and 2.0T Progressive AWD white with beige leather at 160,000km looking in great condition, one owner, Audi maintained for $13,000 CAD. Is it a good price and worth it? What things should I look out for when checking out the car?

Currently looing at a 2011 Q5 2.0T 135k miles for $7k. Looks like it had the piston rings replaced (fixes the oil consumption issues) and all the maintenance done properly. Should I go for it or is it a stupid buy? Thanks in advance.

I plan on buying an Audi Q5 (maybe Q5e) 2020 model around this time next year. I understand your awnser may vary depending on what packages are included but for the time and year model I would like to get, what would be a good, average, and bad deal price for that car? I see in the video you are talking about the price so I am interested in hearing your thoughts on my situation and what prices are considered to be good, average, and bad.

It really is hard to say, and as you mentioned, dependent on both the trim level/packages as well as market conditions. I'd say that if you find a generally well kept and solid condition model equipped the way you like... then you're best bet is to compare the price you're offered to other similar vehicles available to you at that time and see if you think you're getting a poor, fair, or fantastic deal based on those factors!

Hey im currently looking to buy a Q5. Im in canada and there are a few 2013-2015 models with around 130-180,000 KM (80-111k Miles) for around $14-$20k Cad ($10k-$14,000 USD) I really want one because I really need extra space but coming from a honda accord I know its going to cost more but I am trying to find a V6.
