I‘ll wait for the second generation of Vision Pro. I don’t want to be an early adopter who spends a lot of money for a new device which will probably have a lot of bugs.
Your statements on virtual screens are misleading. You can only have 1 virtual Mac display, not multiple. You can, however, add visionOS screens to surround your lone virtual Mac display. We don’t yet know how this will work in terms of transferring content from one to the other.
So wait a minute...can i leave apps open in different rooms? Like say im taking a shit and i watch family guy the "fart edition", Then I go to my office and my outlook app for work is open, (because i opened it there) then i go to my kitchen and my recipes app is open because i was cooking dinner. If this is possible? Then this will be BIGGEST INNOVATION ever in humankind, since the first iPhone. just my 2 cents. VisionPro is all about Multimodal AI and it is the future! Even tech legends like @MKBHD have picked up on this
It cost $1500 just to make so the price is valid. The 1st gen isn’t meant for mass consumers anyways. It’s for developers to create an ecosystem so when gen 2 or 3 comes out it’ll be cheaper lighter and full of content ready for the masses.
