WEN's 12 inch is a variable speed drill press is a cast iron drill press it is designed to drill through metal, wood and other materials. Max drill capacity is 5/8 in. and 1 in. thick cast iron. The variable speed feature allows you to target in the exact speed - infinitely from 580-3200 RPM. To control the speed, you simply move the speed lever and adjust the speed as needed. A digital LED readout displays the running speed. Cast iron frame construction prevents wobbling and walking during operation.
