Didn't fit your car because of the style, it fits others really well. This was a terrible and pointless review that actually proved that this could be a great replacement if you don't want to spend tons of money for something that does the same thing. Price doesn't equal value.
I broke 2 of these neither of them lasted more than a day. Absolute pieces of shit even reinforced the second one with bolts don’t buy this cheap Amazon shit.
I have mine for a few years now. You have to bolt them on with screws in both side you cant just leave it with the screws that it comes with thats why yours flew off.
@@t.b.5116 Can you elaborate on that lol … would appreciate it i just installed mine yesturday and after going 80 mph it broke from the middle and thats even reinforcing the middle with 1 screw ( im prob thinking maybe adding more screws in to lock it tight as possible ) ?
@@deporcali23 you have to lift the front of the car up then make holes (at least 8-10 ) throughout the bumper underneath the car. Then you have to bolt them on instead of just screwing it on the bumper. Once u install that it will never fly off on the highway or anywhere else! Idk if that helps
Had mine on my rx8 fir 3 years now fitted the middle bit between the splash guard then the 2 end bits sat under the middle to help push up then rods so it don’t move still like it today but just the end wings can’t get level bend in a bit Now got new one and paint the front bit a different colour
I bought one of this for my GTI MK4, worked well until I reached 180km/h, then ,it flew away almost causing an incident. If you install one of these, make sure to put some extra screws and even though, not sure if it's worth
@@dannyhampton there are 2 or 3 kits. Universal does mean multi fit however check other units, the difference are width. Some cars are wider than others. In example, the wings should goto the end of the side ( towards the tire) this gives a property lip fitment n better finish result
@@306_Zai there are different sizes for the proper alignment/fitment. See product description. Normally the lip should extend to edge of the bumper (ie end to end)
You dont even realize that wasnt even for you car at first and you analyzing data that are not even accurate + not even related to your lil change of the front head of the vehicule body.
We produce this products. Have full kits, front lip, side skirt, rear spoiler, rear diffuser. For the purpose of protecting car body. On your side ,no need to buy universal lip, it's for cheap cars. You have a better choice for your car, If you have free time, I can introduce full body kit to you.
Thanks for the video, the front part looks too skinny for some bumpers like yours. It needs to be as wide as the parts on the side so you can fit it how you need to and have space to fit it further out or further in. Not very " universal" if its that skinny. Looks like I'll just make my own. I do like thats its flexible though, my car is already low and a splitter/lip will scrape on everything.
