Hi Elisabet! Great question! We knew someone who rode Disneyland's Splash Mountain (no lap bar) in their first trimester. We also knew someone who rode Rise of the Resistance early on in their pregnancy as well. The drop on that is less intense than some turbulence we've experienced.
