Nacho led product teams for over 15 years in different companies and industries, holding leadership positions such as CPO at Bestday, Director at XING, and Head of Product at Despegar.
As a coach and trainer, he created Product Management programs and classes in different institutes and universities. He participated in Marty Cagan's exclusive coach training program and was a mentor in various institutes (Endeavor, ProductLeague, Hero Camp). He currently offers courses, workshops, and coaching at productdirection.co.
In addition, he is the Regional Coordinator for Product Tank in Europe, writes articles, and publishes the 100 Product Strategies podcast. As an international speaker, he participated in the most recognized product conferences, such as MTPCon (San Francisco) and Product Management Festival (Zurich).
In 2021, he released Product Direction, a book about how to practically create product strategies and align their execution through strategic roadmaps and OKRs.
