Rera also has loopholes left for builders to take advantage of... I.e a project account can loan to another project upto 70% !! So phir se idhar ka maal udhar ho raha hein bhai... Talk to any close big builders you will know..
RERA maybe setup for buyers but its employees are working for Builders. Ek baar Noida Extension aao aap, har week protest hoti hai, salon se. Sb RERA registered hain.
I don't don't have any trust on builders. Rera ke baad bhi ground realities utni achi nahi hui hai. It is a business of black because labour takes daily wages in black. Ab balance sheet white ki hi banti hai. Ab kis ko pata ki balance sheet or real business me kya chal raha hai. Rera me wo home buyers ki protection ke liye hai na ki stock investor ke liye.
