That’s true Harshita, it was exact same reason I left AIIMS Delhi but after working for eight long years.Definitely these countries offer better career progression .If you are studyholic there are no limits 😊all the very best for your future endeavours 👍

Harshita ma'am is good nursing officer as well as very good personality like very humble behavior with everyone whatever like HA SA or else SG because I have been work with her at AIIMS Delhi she is very helpful for newcomers and I am very grateful and thanks to god who gave me a chance of the job with her वो दुखी हो जायेंगें पर अपने junior को दुखी नही होने देते है वो भूखे रह जाएंगे पर जूनियर को कभी भूखा नहीं रहने देते 🥰🥰 miss you so much Harshu ma'am

Due to corrupt and old broken INC bodies In India Nurses selfs and government have to raise their voice or make laws for harrasment of nurses in the private hospitals with very low payment . I think INC should dissolve and new council should be form which can uplift nursing profession .

You need to work for 5yrs after that you are eligible for study leave for msc nursing
