I disagree that swimming isn't a big deal. It opens the door to adding seafaring content (custom ships like archeate, etc)

I can't wait. I played at launch loved it then but thought the questing was too linear and just moved on really, I think to Lost Ark or something. But I am going to replay it on the PS5 when it comes out and can't wait. Looks like a lot has changed awesome video, excited!

I enjoyed the game and my biggest complaint was always mounts but the game seems pricey and considering they rarely update. I my hold off til october.

Some problems are corrected, others are introduced. changing the comfort of the game in the form of lowering prices for teleport and choosing a warehouse in the city is simply a change in the initially stupid mechanics. Nothing new was added globally, the arena is dead, but was supposed to serve as a criterion for class balance, but healing, as it was an imbalance in pvp, has disappeared, and this also applies to heavy armor and the snc class and fire mage. You’re counting as a plus something that has been in normal games for 10+ years and the fact that they finally added it, don’t add more bonuses, but they haven’t added what we’ve been asking for for several years now no rating, no change to the OPR map or just a remake of the old one, it’s stupid to add transparent walls and block places, this is a shitty solution, I often see players running into a rock in an attempt to climb onto it, which prevented them from simply making the rock higher, adding passages, and so on, they did the stupidest thing

Playing the game now. Just got 65. Playing through the quests for the sake of seeing the game. Soy you guys think they will wipe the servers? If so I won’t bother leveling professions.

the game has a unique basis on which the minimum in the MMORPG genre is implemented, they do not use the full potential, just take everything that Korean and Japanese projects had, take the best and implement it all on our combat and class system and we will get the best game in the genre . I put around 84 hours on the pc but I haven’t played this game in a year but I’m interested in getting back into it, the thing is iv had my eyes on the console version cause I wanna find a game where I can get more use out of my Xbox so I’m basically wondering should I just pay it on pc still or wait for the console release?

Good video….how is getting in and starting wars now? Thats was fun as shit when it wasnt laggy. Does it have the scoreboard after….it was kinda glitchy when i played and didnt come up half the time. Going to get this again for xbox. I remember playing on pc thinking this game was made for console.

They killed the game, made PC players angry, and are trying to get a new player base, while attempting to salvage what they can their baby without throwing it out with the bathwater - albeit with a new market - console players. Console players will be a little more objective than the PC audience who is very miffed already, and I don't think anything they do will make them/us happy at this point. If they're successful with the reboot/launch then PC players will come around eventually. This might be the play because.... they really burnt us PC players. This is AGS' move to fix this and save the IP, and I get it. They built the whole thing around the content of Angry Earth, which means us PC players must buy the AE update (which many of us didn't) just to access our game come October.... that's a pretty bad slap that says "screw it, we got your money already." Again, what AGS is doing here moving forward is the most prudent business move they can make, move audiences, get fresh players, get objective metrics, possibly save the IP. PC players can be super toxic and bitter for a very long time about their game if a dev does not deliver what they claim they will as far as content and pace of content; and they get really mad when additional monetization appears in the game before fixes. We didn't fix the bugs, we didn't give you want we said we would, BUT here's a cosmetic you can buy for 24.99 - that's a big middle finger. I hope they fix the QoL issues, I hope they fix fast travel, and I hope they lower the level to get into expeditions. I've not even gotten into that end-gameish content, and the game is dead now and I'm a certain type of way about it. Not one arena, not one expedition, dungeon, or raid. Just hours of leveling different characters on different servers and then it collapsed into what it is. Now they want me to buy the expansion if I want to play in October?

For 3 years, the content is very small in quantity compared to any mmo. Also the way they treat their loyal fanbase by ignoring them is not going to be forgotten

AGS has straight up lied to the community multiple times and has now abandoned them. This game has been dead for years and console players will provide the dead cat bounce.
