Bfg is even more fun if you get slap rounds and use carbine barrel. The Carbine barrel brings the torso multi back and you can one shot all ranges, plus double the penetration with only a minor velocity reduction

Im gonna be honest, I Pre-bought the bfg at rank 47 and I usually liked flicking onto people with it, I did that for maybe 2 weeks and then I decided to use the AWS and it felt like I was using a steyr scout. It really just depends on how you play with the bfg because for my experience, I actually got better at sniping
i prebought the m107 because before the rework it was extremely underrated, nowadays it's still really good, especially with how they unnerfed the suppression the faster fire rate is really good though it's not to be used close unless with cqb (which is also great)
2:00 I actually kind of learnt the feel of fast paced sniping with the BFG with remove stock and you just have to improve your aim a bit and focus on headshots to do well with headshot snipers.
I pre-purchased the BFG 50 in 2018 around rank 57, that was during the time where the BFG 50 was even rare, the Hecate II was super rare and the rest wasn't there yet. Around about mid 2019 it was slowly getting more and more it has but still realitiv kept within limits. But then came Corona and people have played in masses, while the BFG 50 was so really blatant pre-bought. Meanwhile, I no longer use this it is simply too annoying, even if this was my first weapon with 1000 kills, this is no longer used with me, in addition, I have the NTW 20X110 which has soon reached the 3000 kills and thus my HK21E (this is also sacred with me before all because of the Reaper) with over 2900 kills overtaken.
The way I see it, it makes perfect sense to use the BFG at a low rank. Reason being because it is a low skill gun. Once you get to a higher rank you probably won’t need it anymore.
I ended up pre buying even though I’m perfectly good a sniping with all of the other snipers in the game but just like you said it allowed me to turn my brain off and enjoy the game
I prebought the BFG at around rank 40 because the only stats i payed attention to were the penetration depth and damage. As of last week it is my highest kill gun. (I'm rank 72)
Oh I love this thing. It is one of the few guns I actually use a lot. The only other ones I use and like are the G-36C, the MG-3KWS, and the PPSH. When I pre-bought the BFG, I ranked up 7 times. It’s very good, but only if you know sniping and positioning.
I tried it for the first time today. I picked it up on ground ans shot it and danm it's so satisfying to shoot, the sound is just insane. I might prebuy it just for that reason
Snowy, a couple months ago I was going to make a video of pre-buying The BFG and raking up from level 1 to 50. Uunfortunately I never end up posting it. but in my opinion it is totally worth pre-buying. ( The shotgun conversion is just funny LOL)
Rank 25 here, I've stopped all my temptations from buying attachments and other guns so I can save up for it. It took around 2 weeks of grinding which was hell encountering rank 200s and try hards but having a chance to go against these sweats and try hards is one of the best things
I prebought it at like rank 30 and it carried me like 20 levels most of it was because other players were using it, but later I actually realized that using it helped me with other snipers
I bought the BFG when I was rank 62(really close to the unlock rank itself I know) but I bought it because I'm bored of using the previous sniper (since there are no new sniper from the AWS to the BFG and I have 200+ kills on it already) even tho I'm a rank 127 now, I still use it to counter the annoyance of lower rank BFGs or when I just want to have fun and i never regret buying it.
i remember prebuying the bfg on one of my old acconts (that has since been banned, sadge) because i thought it looked funny i got killed by it, saw it, looked it up, went "haha this gun looks like a metal tube", and bought it. then i realised that it was quite good and fun to use, so i continued using it
Yes, however if you do not have good aim or alteast need 2 shots to hit someone, don't. Or if you want a different gun per sè, like the Beowulf TCR. But If you like that one shot torso all ranges, go for it.
I prebought it years back because it really was one of the better snipers back then, but now being almost level 120 i almost dont use it, i dont regret it BUT i dont wanna rebuy it even if i could.
hello Snowy i really like ir videos and started playing after watching some of ur videos but recently i have stopped playing it cuz i have been getting a problem the problem is that whenever i am sprinting my space bar dosent work it just dosent work whenever i am holding w and shift it used to work before but not now do u know how to fix this ?
The only reason why i pre-bought the bfg is because i liked the 1 shot and how fun it looked cause only have 1 bullet and decimating the other team was fun
i prebought the bfg 50 and like rank 40 cause i loved the sound, regretted it cause of how slow it it but had to use it cause i prebought it. now i prebuy everything in test place lol
the 1tap limb in close range just let people who got jumped on get away with really wack stuffs tbh, but bfg is good for actually moving around since the walkspeed is like AR level, so sometimes running up and be stupid aggresive works. the gun is just weird.
kind of off topic but back when i was around rank 95 i prebought my second ever sniper after the BFG and it was the M107. But the sad thing is that i bought the M107 the month before it got nerfed to the ground... I still love the M107 but its just not the same anymore😢
back in my time i don’t care about credits so i never prebuy a single gun, only attachment so when i unlocked bfg, i let it there for a while before using it and later buy a tracker which i regret buying later on because my brain just dead everytime i use the tracker
i recommend the SVDS or the mosin if your willing to spend the credits or you've already unlocked it. the m107, hecate II, and ntw are also great guns. I think the bfg 50 is not a bad gn but its more for fun. If you really want to get the WA2000. New players just use the intervention its great!
I prebought it to get better with sniper, I only had intervention and r800 and would get HUNDREDS of hitmarkers, so I thought "If I just keep killing, I will eventually get good enough" and well Ive hit clips of collaterals, noscopes, insane streaks, and also can just headshot with any sniper and not get 20 hitmarkers so yeah
I prebought both the bfg and sfg after first discovering that you could sell skins for credits. Only used the bfg for about 300 kills in 5 yrs of playing after that, but I did keep the sfg as my secondary for a decent time. It wasn't worth it at all for my case, but I don't really regret prebuying it either since I've never been low on credits anyways.
I'm a guy who prebought the BFG, Hecate, and M107. I'm also going to pre buy the NTW. I'm rank 103 or 104, and have at least around 700 kills with the BFG and M107, and 2k with the hecate.
I just bought the bfg cause i don't have a fancy computer or the fastest internet, so going sicko mode with headshots only is literally impossible, unless i'm cracked out on adderall. It was just the only way I could use a sniper and have fun. I also just hate hitmarkers on snipers. In a game where smg's and ar's can beam you cross map, a hitmarker can mean life of death
I never bought it, when i first started i thought it was way too annoying to fight against and a little bit OP, i unlocked it the hard way and had some fun with it for one or two matches but i never really kept using it. I don't really have a main sniper anymore, i find most of them too frustrating, because you either needheadshots to do any good, or they have a one shot torso but are way to slow to use, i cant really find a good middle ground.
Somewhat of a high ranked player. But the second I see a newbie using a bfg, I pull out the Hecate. It’s like the bfg. Except it has the mystical ability of having a mag .3. And then I just continuously target that person. For the rest of the game. Or until they stop using it
