I'll stick with Commander of conviction or the emerald genesis 😂 I only have 10 pulls for the weapon...I've whale it on Jinhsi weapon 60 pulls last time and 134 for jinhsi.
It's unbelievable as a genshin player to have 300 plus limited pulls in just 40 plus days of playing wuwa. It's like kuro telling us don't worry and go for both jinshi and changli we got u all covered. In 1.1 got jinshi on 130 plus pulls. I still have 60 plus pulls right now. I have jiyan and its weapon (both in 100 plus pulls) and my exploration is 40% average.
I think Changli plays a bit differently. I thing starting with the support, filling the Concerto, switching to Changli to build 2 stack for Forte, then switching to Chixia for her burst and fill conc, switch back to Changli to fully fill Forte and release then switching to support and begin anew. We will see when she comes out.

You know there’s other ways/ faster ways to get the True Sight buff instead of just waiting on her Resonance Skill right? -Basic Atk 4. -You also get it from Intro. -Dodge counter starts basic atks at Basic Atk 3. -air heavy atk into ground Basic Atk 3 Getting two stacks with her Resonance skill means the next 2 stacks will be after 24s. That’s too slow to build up.
16:58 Changli's S1 doesn't mention anything about time, so the 10% dmg and interruption resistance only applies to the resonance skill and the forte heavy attack.
One could also argue why it doesn't state it like this: "Activating Resonance Skill Tripartite Flames or Heavy Attack Flaming Sacrifice increases their damage by 10% and increases Changli's resistance to interruption." We'll just have to see how it plays out. Good point though.
Solid advice as always. :) I think we're still scraping the surface of what WuWa's META is going to be. Arguably if you're not doing the Tower, you only need one DPS and one dedicated support, and one dedicated Sub-DPS. You could have Verina, Mortefi and Jiyan and clear all the content so far. Personally pulling for Changli anyway because I'm still experimenting with WuWa's line-up. I only have one team properly built: Jiyan, Mortefi and Baizhi. Clears the Tower no problem. But now I'm looking at the next team and the next team and I haven't given it enough thought yet.
Man I got atleast 70 pulls for Changli farmed. And 10 for the weapons. I might whale again, 😢 but I don't wanna lose the 50/50 again last time to was verina, now I'm scared of Encore and lingyang....if it's Jianxin I'll take it.
@@Vult_Ira317 i prob need to spend as well for the weapon but im guaranted changli so it wont be that expensive for me ;D even tho i had Jinhsi S2 i still continued pulling on the banner for my last danjin copy and did lose 50/50 after 38 single pulls ;D
U fucked up pretty bad tbh, jinshi is a must have character, future proof and broken dps mechanics, if you don't like it its okay, but i feel like players who didn't get her will suffer in the future since is the only one who gets nukes every 10 seconds
I might be crazy with this thought and with Wuthering Waves being my first main Gacha game. With all the characters on my account I would like to try a Changli Jinshi team since Jinshi is such a big burst DPS and Changli stays on the field for so long she can build Jinshi’s meter easily all while doing a bunch of damage then swap to Jinshi for a nuke. I know Changli will not help Jinshi too much with her outro skill but I think it’s still a cool thing to try
My agenda was going for jenshi as there are limited spectro dmg main units currently in game. I got her s1 and r0 for weapon. I will go chengli after 2 3 months later rerun.
Changli is designed to work as a dual DPS with another fusion character. Encore won't really work because of a myriad of reasons. So, which upcoming fusion DPS do we have? I bet it's Scar. Since I will not pull on his banner I guess I will just skip the entire fusion line for now and use my S1-Encore.
@@redmoon9618 Yeah, she would work but don't take this the wrong way, I hesitate to invest into 4-stars. They get powercrept in no time and since I am a spender I usually pick up most 5-stars. Not worth it for me.
That 25% crit rate from E2 is literally perma up its not just from her ultimate, As it states "Enflamement increases Changli's Crit. Rate by 25% for 8s." "Enflamement Changli can hold up to 4 stacks of Enflamement. Changli obtains 1 stack of Enflamement for every Basic Attack: True Sight - Conquest on hit. Changli obtains 1 stack of Enflamement for every Basic Attack: True Sight - Charge on hit. Changli obtains 4 stacks of Enflamement for every Resonance Liberation Radiance of Fealty."
Mortefi's Outro would not buff Changli's Heavy Attack because in its description it states that the Heavy Attack is considered Skill Damage. Not only that, you did not even mention Danjin, who can use Blazing Brilliance quite well due to her skill not having a cooldown timer, it just drains her HP. For a video that's supposed to be advise for new players, I think this was poorly thought out. Other things that I disagree with you are more subjective, so I'm not even going to bother.
You should almost never pull a limited weapon just for a 4-star character through the lens of a meta perspective. Only do it if you want to make the 4-star unit cracked, but that's not recommended, especially for a newer or F2P player who wants to focus on building good teams for endgame. And yes, we understand that Mortefi won't buff Changli's Heavy Attack in certain circumstances. He was brought up as a character that is recommended to be built, not as a character a player should build for Changli's sake. Sorry for the confusion.
Being a Genshin vet, I'd say skipping the weapon banner is the way to go unless you seriously want to max out the 5* who goes with it and even then... it's not always necessary. There's almost always a good 4* option. For example, Jiyan is my main and I still didn't pull for his weapon. I gave him the standard 5* broadsword, which I got for levelling up, but I know I can also slap that broadsword on Jinshi or Calcharo - who I also like. My point is that I'm fine keeping to 4* weapons, and I'll refine those as time goes on. It helps me save my astrite.
The problem in this game is all the 4 star options are dog, in genshin, sig weps are like a 12-15% upgrade over 4 star weps just because of how strong the 4 star options are. In this game, the difference is literally 20-35%, Take Jinshi for example, according to prydwen's calc, Jinshi sig wep is 33% better than her best 4 star option, Thats a crazy difference.
@@joaquinchua3348 In genshin best weapon are the Battlepass and they are 20% or more behind the sign Look at Arle, Look at clorinde etc If u take the bp r1 weapon as base, the signs are ~25-30% better in genshin So ur wrong, the reason here is the 100% drop on the weapon and lower pity In genshin u face a 37,5% Chance to get ur weapon with 90 pity max Wuwa its 100% with 80 max Thats the reason why weapon Banner are very good in wuwa
And no, the 4* 2h sword of the bp is very good But the sword is bad for most, its because of the Standard 5* The weapon type of the Standard 5* with crit, have ATK in bp and the weapon with ATK in Standard 5* have crit in bp So jinshi is a bad example because the 4* are Bad for her because the Standard 5* is very good for her If u look at a 2h DPS, the bp weapon is a good choice for them

U literally need to get either their sig or the 5 star standard to even make ur characters deal good dmg. Also idk if the free weps in genshin r still good nowadays but back when I still played it, the 4 star weps were so good, some even better than the 5 stars, i remember on Hutao, dragonsbane is only 15% worse than staff of homeless, Same case for raiden with r5 catch. Albedo's BIS was literally a free 4 star event sword, it was so much better than his sig wep.

The thing about the weapon is, that her weapon is pretty universal And i dont know how long they bring out this type of weapons her weapon is just an amazing stat stick und will work on a lot chars in future
This is completely wrong. Emerald is better on almost every other character. Like he said 5 times in the first minute; changlis weapon is just a stat stick on other characters. How did you miss the point completely

Imma 1st gonna wait for sick fusion dps, then pull changli on her rerun. Changli has worst damage than jiyan, only good thing is she buffs with outro. But buff who? Even on encore team, 52% dmg comes from changli and 48% from encore. 1st need some fusion char that has huge nuke dmg, and also dont take as much field time. That can only pair well with changli. Untill then, i m sorry but there will always be some other teams that has more dps than fusion team. F2p beware of such facts, as marketing team will make u feel like u need to pull each patch, but u never have enough asterites to do that. So keep saving until a dope character comes out.

Dang, I was excited to go for Changli to pair with Encore, but it seems like they won't be as well together as I hoped. Should I get Jinshi instead? Lost my 50/50 on Jinshi and have about 14k astrite so I'll be able to get one or the other but I thought Changli would be good with Encore so that's what I was planning on. My current teams are Calcharo (Hoping to replace with Xiangli Yao if he's free like the rumors are speculating) Yinlin Jianxin, Rover Sanhua Verina, and my final team was going to be Encore Changli Baizhi but if Encore and Verina won't work together maybe I can go for Jinshi to pair with my S5 Yuanwu and and Baizhi? Any thought or advise is appreciated. I'm a low spender only buying battle pass and daily astrite pass but struggle with TOA so I'm trying to maximize what I have. @@broccolibronco Thanks for the kind words :) We may have overstated the Changli Encore thing just a bit, but we want to make sure people can know what to expect and not be disappointed because of high expectations in Changli Encore synergies when the reality may seem a little subpar. It never hurts to save either, and the moment a dedicated support type character is released, that said character will likely be one of the highest value pulls for a while.

@@akiasura I (Ryft) think that is a fine plan, don’t get me wrong. I just personally would like Chixia more because she is less field time than Encore. Tbh, I think Encore is okay with Changli, I just don’t think people should run that comp if they don’t have another 5-star DPS. The issue with that is that not many people have probably been saving up to this point from Day 1. It just feels like Alhaitham + Tighnari. Too much field time for each others’ own good…But Raiden + Yae Miko works because they are more “quick-swappy” My point is, if your other team is solid and not suffering for anything, then Encore with Changli should work fine. Maybe use Verina in 3rd slot since she is hardly any field time at all. I just wanted to bring up a point that I know some people would talk about if I didn’t bring it up.😅
@@gachainteract yeah my other team is Calcharo yin lin and Verina but I can put Verina on this team and put Baizhi on other team or whatever and then replace Calcharo with free Yao. I kinda wanted to use Changli to Encore just like my Yinlin to Calcharo…until better main dps characters come out to take their places, since they are only standard 5* characters. I also agree that only pull a sig weapon on a character you are gonna get, but I personally add the rule of only buy sig weapons of MAIN dps’ since they will be doing all the dmg. There are exceptions of course if the weapon is just broken for every role, but generally this is a safe way to spend currency. Thank you!

Sorry if I (Ryft) made it sound like I was saying Mortefi was good with Changli. I understand that Mortefi won't be the best teammate with her since Changli is mostly doing Resonance Skill DMG. I was just suggesting that people should build him if they haven't already since he is a great character aside from Changli. Sorry again for the confusion.
Not as strong as jinshi. And I knew this from the start. She has some great visuals but the animation isn't as good as a jinshi. She won't be as strong
I think I watched every changli related video out there and this is probably the worst take on a character that I've seen ,well - I guess you're entitled to your own opinion
