Should You Pull Cissnei FR BT In-Depth! Worth Pulling For? [DFFOO GL] 

Imma pull 100% for Cissnei (I fell in love with off turn damages stuff haha + I just watched your Eiko video)

Fell in love in off-turn damage characters because of Cissnei.. so y’all know i’ll be pulling for her full kit.. she’s a must pull 🤩

The only good point about Cissnei is her double follow up. For me, i still prefer Weiss just because his BT will trigger his follow up twice (only on his turns twice) but MORE IMPORTANT... debuff evasion. As long you have build blue crystal, his EX is charged at least after 2 turns, so no need to worry his EX effect will fall off.

Cissnei always was a boring character since her only good ability was her LD. Felt like her s1 and 2 were just trash that didn't do anything special. Glad she isn't as bad and her skills do a little more. Unless you have her BT, it's gonna be tempting to still spam LD.

Not even a question, I am all in on her. She is the #2 FF7 girl and she's incredibly strong - especially with Kain's rework around the corner.

Probably gonna only pull for FR. As much as I like more follow ups I feel her BT is a luxury and she can do fine without it and I’ve honestly haven’t used her much since her debut and I don’t see that changing much soon.

Skip for me. Reasoning is that as far as off-turn/follow up characters, she's not that far above the rest that I feel the need to pull.

On alt, imma rush for her; now , when it comes to my main, due to resources... I'll save for the next month's bombs (Keiss / Rufus, if he gets anticipated like Selh'teus and Leonora)

I already made a thrown UW for her and plan to get the full kit. Those extra attacks look pretty wicked with the right support, and I’m thinking a prishe + cait sith call on someone else or any of the other strong support units I have (rem, Ursula, setzer, papa, quina, etc) will be more than enough support for her to reliably cap. I haven’t done green crystal rooms yet so she’ll also get a lot of use when I get to that.

Well ive been skipping yda and jessie while got ignis and elenora thru blue tickets so my resources are pretty stacked and i can comfortably pull/token both cissnei and arciela and still have more for whatever come next month

Im gonna try to get Cissnei's FR and BT then try to get lenna BT then circle back for Auron FR and BT then try to get Laguna FR then Yda BT
