I believe the universal aspect of a dps lc should not determine whether or not you pull for it. Signature lc are there to make their selected character stronger, like how Jingliu's lc can only be consistently activated by Jingliu. So does that make it a less valuable lc? Absolutely not. TLDR: Pull for lc if you want a strong dps to keep feeling strong as more difficult content is introduced.

@@nynori This is not true for all characters though, since there are some who's best LCs aren't even their signature ones 😅

Def saving for 2.0 over a lc that's good for one character he's cool but ehh need BS or sparkle instead.
