Feels like Nike is finally starting to listen to consumers: producing more pairs of shoes they know are going to be wanted by many, keeping more stock to be available on SNKRS so Nike looks like the hero and pairs aren't being backdoored by all the vendors they supply, plus it puts more money in their own pocket instead of selling them to retailers for wholesale. This also is a direct hit to resellers who think they're going to make a living off flipping shoes. If someone really wants these to wear it shouldn't take much effort to cop. The resell market is going to be flooded with these after 2/17, so very little profit will be made by selling them, and when they don't sell, they'll be returned to Nike within 30 days and will become stock for a Jordan reserve drop on SNKRS months from now.
@@sophiazcolley Yes resell has been around since beanie babies and I agree there's money to be made if you have large quantities of pairs to flip, but my point is if Nike is going to start producing more pairs, those of us that just want to buy a personal pair to wear will have a better chance of getting them for retail causing resell profits to decrease. I'm speaking more to those that think if they get an extra pair they're going to make some big profit off selling them. I'm not a fan or reselling, but I understand it's part of the game and it's always fun to discuss the culture with others. Good luck and hope it works out for you!
$58 including tax is not that big of an L. I paid $290 resale .. not hurting for $58 especially when I need 3 pair. I’m confident I can get 2 for retail.
