That’s cute… but he is so wrong of what he says.. it will 100% help cure things like cancer and diabetes etc .. It does help with weight loss and to reset the body and to purify the body
As someone who has a severe auto-immune disease, juicing has definitely helped me. I think some of your comments are geared at someone hypothetically staying on a juice-only diet. Most people who juice do so for short periods of times. Not trying to rain on the parade here but I can't tell you how well juicing sprees have helped me. And it's different for everyone. If you live off of coffee, fast food, etc, you'll see a huge improvement in all sorts of areas. Finally giving your body what it needs goes a long way.
* I wouldn't ever buy juices from a store though. Way overpriced and if you're going to juice, may as well make sure nothing else is added (like sugar, etc). And I am not saying juicing has some magical healing powers either.
@@alphonsodurden6294 father of a friend beat cancer with lifestyle change and juices. He didn’t get chemotherapy because he was against it. So I’m gonna drink my fresh juices
@@alphonsodurden6294 I’ve been juicing for over 10 years now... since I was about 16.... I’m 26 now and my skin and overall appearance is significantly better then my peers.

I’m trying to spread the word on this fake paid off bought off so called doctor Mike, blow the whistle he’s been bought and paid off to lie to people and he’s a great liar and wonderful candidate for the NWO because he’s Russian and easy on the eyes very attractive. But he has nothing but lies do the opposite of what he says
I use juicing for my gastroparesis as a meal. I wasn’t able to have solids for a long time and did benefit from my Pressed Juicery Juice and my own smoothies.
Even if it's a marketing technique the placebo helps people feel like theyre doing something. Also I started working at a smoothie shop last week and it completely changed me. i already eat healthy but working there changed my cravings from unhealthy foods to raw fruits and veggies. I straight up crave a plate of carrots and snap peas instead of candy or chips.
4 days into my juice fast. Lost 9 pounds so far. Blood pressure went to 112/79 and has stayed around that range for the last 3 days. I check it several times a day. And I have been on BP meds for over 10 years. Our medical system is either clueless or criminal. I’ll take results over an MD behind someone’s name any day
This is the equivalent of saying, “I’m fasting on apple juice, it’s been a week since I’ve started. It’s not the fact that I’m only drinking this juice alone 2 times a day and barely taking in calories, it’s the juice itself”
You are drinking only juice instead of taking solid foods that tend to contains way more calories than any juice, so of course you are losing weight. Like duh... 🤦♂️
Why only 34 likes??? That video is GOLDEN. No bullshit talk, no biased claims, no half-truths. Just science on a language that's easy to understand for the ordinary people. Good job.
@@DoctorMike I know it's 4 years since this vid but there are people saying that they find it funny hearing a "doctor" talk about nutrition. I asked them,"Why? He is a doctor and he knows more than you." So this person is claiming that doctors don't learn about nutrition properly and I asked him to show me evidence and does he have an MD. They got defensive and actually got nasty with me. We have so much ignorant people in this world and it's so frustrating that people won't educate themselves.
If a person just wants to take In some lower calories one day and not totally fast, which can also be really healing for the body, I think juices Are a great idea. Assuming the person doesn’t expect something to magical to happen just because they ingested juice.
Smoothies are great for tricking picky eaters into having fruit or vegetables they normally wouldn't eat. That's how I consume my spinach because it tastes disgusting on its own so it makes a difference because then I don't have to taste the gross vegetables because they're mixed in with yummy fruits😂😂😂 And also the above comment is accurate too.
I drink smoothies cuz i have slow digestion and smoothies help me get some nutrients. Eating whole foods takes forever to digest. Juice cleanses are stupid and arent medically good. Just felt i'd share. I take so many laxatives because i have chronic digestion problems among other things.
Michael Young hardly, juice is equivalent to soda, it may contain some limited vitamins and minerals but not enough to make it worth it. Better to eat the fruit whole.
Depends on t he juice you're drinking really. A lot of store bought ones yes, it has a lot of added sugar. But if you're making it yourself at home and throwing in veggies, yes, way better than the soda you're drinking. Same reason I give for people who hate on people who drink sparkling water.... It's better than soda, and doesn't taste like syrup and no sugar. (people like to hate on la croix for some reason)
...Well I wouldn't buy bottled juices. But I do make my own juices daily, and once a year do a week or so of a juice fast. Absolutely L🧡VE vegetable juicing, the very BEST thing I have ever done to improve my life and health.
I know this video is a bit old, so sorry for necro-posting. But I thought it was relevant to mention that I recently saw a nutritionest, who said pretty much exaclt the same as Dr Mike. She said that "liver cleansing diets" are pointless, because that's what your liver does - removes the "toxins" from your system. Just make sure you have a well rounded diet.
I get that you shouldn't turn to fads for some kind of miracle but I also think if you're someone who doesn't eat the right amount of fruits and veggies ( like 90% of Americans) throwing a bunch in a blender and drinking them instead of grabbing a four for four at Wendy's is a healthy alternative
@@d3bzvnzyl_12 do you also have answer for how these helped someone like me who suffered with eczema for 10 yrs. Or your doctors know everything. We Indians believe in ayurveda and lastly I tried ayurveda and naturopathy for eczema treatment instead of wasting my money on allopathic medicines. So definitely one way is not always the best way. Things work, just be open minded.
I bought 4 healthy juice drinks , celery, turmeric, and carrot and another juice. Drank about half of all 4 and the next day I had the runs.(too much of a good thing is not good)
I didn't mean to laugh but it can happen from the fiber. Fruits and veggies will definitely clean you right out!...some more quickly than others. Good for the body though!☺
I think the biggest benefit from juices is that it can alter bad habits and correct course to engaging in new ones... Like if your eating emotionally, have 3 coffees a day and drink soda at every meal, challenging yourself to go on a 3-5-7 day juice cleanse will jolt your body into a reset and make it way easier for you to start new habits... like even if after the cleanse you decide to replace your breakfast every day with a green juice... that's huge
Me personally don't really like to eat chopped fruits and I don't always has all the ingredients to make smoothie for myself so I think the pressed juice is the best option
Me:My gout use to be painful i change my diet and run for a mile every morning. I think being aware of what you are putting in your body helps you to heal..just sharing i see a connection with the conversation about eating healthy.🙃

Love this video! So happy Dr.Mike did this - he always has great advice. While I don't do a full "cleanse" I love drinking those healthy juices to get nutrients in my body when I haven't been eating enough of them. Also *guilty 🙋* I'll drink juices for 3 days before vacation to flatten my tummy and it works 💁
Salvadorian elder homemade green juice cleaned me out seriously . Bathroom for days , lost bloat felt great . Medical industry can't make money if your using juice

Juicing is surely beneficial for your health as you are not eating crap food and have much easier digestion, What I am surely against is the industry behind it. Part of the benefit of juicing/eating far more veggies and fruit is the change in lifestyle by taking time to prepare them, exercising, and getting to know what your body responds to.
Well, i have experienced tremendous energy for physical activity during my juice feasts doctor Mike. And total rejuvenation at the same time..but i was only drinking fruit juice..
This is odd… with all of the testimonials online and people who’s done it for long periods of time…, with AMAZING health results. Even the “FATHER OF MEDICINE” Hippocrates said that “YOUR FOOD IS YOUR MEDICINE” it’s strange that a doctor is speaking in a manipulative tongue saying that it isn’t beneficial, he’s from the “chemical doctrine” community. I guarantee he’s regurgitating what he learned in school instead of doing his own research and actually KNOWING. I get it… his bottom line is to keep you coming to people like him. If you knew you could heal yourself and rod yourself of disease with plants and herbs and alkaline foods and water, there would be no need for him.🤷🏿♂️
If juicing, n blending fruits don't help what else...foods we eat these days are horrible, so if you have a digest issue it helps drinking fruit juice or smoothies tremendously. I have had digestive issues as a young man, eating meat, rice all sorter disgusting foods you do not poopoo freely; you do lots of screaming when you are trying to defecate; it made it hard.
I believe a juice cleanse can work for those trying to transition into a more whole foods diet after years of junk food diets. It basically gives your digestive system and immune system a boost of nutrients and gears you up to better enjoy healthier food options. I know I for one had a hard time transitioning to a healthier diet when I was younger because everything tasted to bland as opposed to the processed foods I ate several times a day. I wish I would of known of a juice cleanse when I was younger and it might of been a bit of a smoother transition haha lots of trial and error of what foods I did and didn't like and cooking them. Now whenever I go down that rabbit hole of junk food for whatever reason, I start a juice cleanse and it helps me appreciate food in its whole form.
I started this video at work and then reloaded it at home later on a different machine to finish. BOTH times the algorithm, I guess based on the title, gave me pre-video ads for cleanses or some equally quacky trend. Also there's a bar of ads under the video that are all 'Shop "juice cleanse'" with link to various "Jus by Julie" products and other fake juice crap. Sigh.
Thats not an argument. Its like saying “whoever said eating fruits and vegetables help you look young and live longer is clearly living in fantasy land. If that was the case, people wouldnt spend hundreds of dollars on creams thousands of dollars on medical procedures…”
I dont no whats this Dr taking about . But some of this juice works for me like bolt house .. cause i did lost some weight . And my skin look my healthyer . But thats my opion .
I think smoothies are definitely better than juices! When you drink a smoothie, you’re at least getting all the fiber from the fruit and vegetables that you put in it. Where as in a juice where you’re just extracting all the sugar and drinking that. I avoid juices because I don’t think they taste as good and they’re a waste. But I love a smoothie every now and again... especially if it gets me my spinach!
Interesting because I would bet money that Mike hasn’t actually tried a juice cleanse. If anyone has actually tried really increasing their supply of fresh fruits, vegetables and juice on a large level, they know how impactful it is. It will speak for itself once you experience it, much louder than a RU-vid doctor.
the problem is convention western medicine does not teach doctors..... I LITERALLY got my doc to start juice feasting ... he and his family is doin much better...
Thank you for the videos. Could you do a video on how much is "too much H2O"?, Size of animal protein in you plate e.g some people claim the right size is a poker card.
Serious question then, if I am eating not as well as I want to be, can juicing be a way to decrease my appetite when I eat? I often have large portions and weightloss becomes stagnant for me cause I lose a little, then just stay there for a long time. Can juicing help me to feel fuller faster after 4-5 days of juicing?
Arh yes, the main point here is actually because when you drink fruits juice for a whole day, you wouldn’t be eating those fatty food that you eat normally. The most important point here is to have a healthy CONSISTENT DIET! Thanks!
Maybe it would have a laxative effect in the short term {which some may not see as a plus}, but other than that, I can't see the benefit of doing this. It is starvation.
In correct. Honestly your skin can be directly effected by what you put in your body. There some amazing studies that show adding collagen supplements has a direct link to your skin having more elasticity. This was pure click bate filled with misinformation given as fact
