A bank employee has sparked a debate when she told a customer she's supposed to take her husband's surname. Nicola McClean, who didn't take her husband's surname, is one of many calling the attitude sexist and outdated, whereas Dawn Neesom thinks a woman should be proud to take her partner's surname.
