Same! Mine was very close to the screen printing done In My shop. If you delete white or black from the design when printing on same color it will come out better and make sure to boost the saturation and have no transparent layers.

Awesome review as always, Kerry! I appreciate the insight. One question; I already see that the print quality looks great but how does it feel? Does it feel rough like a lot other DTG prints or does it feel like the print on well establish clothing lines like Evisu or Crooks & Castles?

I'm curious to know how you set-up your POD designs for apparels, mugs etc in photoshop? I have seen that a bunch of people here on RU-vid create 15x18" psd-files with 300dpi. However, that would mean that it would exceed SPOD's requirements for how a pixel design (max size = 4000x4000px). Have I misunderstood something or what is the ideal psd-set up for different POD products?

I'm overwhelmed by the choices of POD companies. This is really helpful. Can you do a review for Printful and Printify? They're popular but I've heard some bad reviews.

@@guardianbravo2139 I've had 50/50 for good products, literally. I did an order for myself and out of the 6 items 3 were so bad I couldn't do anything with them. Logo was unbelievably crooked.

Great video! The best part is the unboxing. Just the way the package came, I can't go with them. They don't have any custom branding shipping options.

what is the best POD if you want to do more than just screenprint on basic tee shirts? I am looking to do embroidery, sublimination etc on my products and most of these POD services focus on screenprinting.

Print on demand uses direct to garment technology, very different from screen print. Maybe look at something like Shine On for some unique products

Yes! You can upload in the product inside Shopify after you create the product in SPOD

Great video! Since the shipping cost at SPOD is based on the order value regardless of what type of product you are purchasing from them (which is very different from other POD-companies), do you have any advice on a good strategy for how to charge your customers for the shipping cost? Since the shipping cost increases the higher the order value gets, it doesn't make sense to charge the customer lets say $4,99 as a fixed cost regardless of what they buy since the profit margin then will be lower the more the customer buys. Increasing your product prices a bit and then having free shipping could be an alternative but I'm afraid that the customer will think that the product prices are too high. Take care! // JP @ Sweden

Hey JP! I think that might be the wrong mindset. You want to incentivize your customers to spend more - so even though profit margin is lower, your overall profit goes up, and that’s the key. I’m willing to eat some shipping cost to get my customer spending more

Can anyone please help me with this: I used to use Printful till they up the prices twice and simply my profit was falling to much...hence I decided to try SPOD and their Froot of the Loom $6.7 t-shirt. I loved Printful quality (I used Gildan 6400) and print was very good, but 15USD to fulfill is to much! Does anybody has experience with SPOD and Froot of the loom tee? Can it at least compare with Gildan?

My experience was much worse unfortunately, the samples I just received had a horrible print quality, smelled awful and were not at all true to color!
