Should Your Breast Implants be Under or Over the Muscle? 

I heard a lot of stories about under muscle augumentation and most of women that had them say it was worst pain in thier life, even they had labor, etc. Maby it was only first two-three days but if they knew what is it going to be they would never do this again.

Under the muscle just seems so much more invasive

Bummer video was very informative but not for cancer patients with mastectomy! What way has less visual imperfections? Safest keeping in the pocket going bigger?

If a surgeon has to revise due to animation after his surgery, he wouldn't charge right. I almost feel I should be reimbursed for the trouble. He made the pocket too high one side. Advice please.

I just had a double mastectomy for breast cancer and had implants done at same time. I just wanted to be “me”. I had both nipples removed as I had Paget’s disease of left nipple. I am 9 days out from surgery. Pain has truly been minimal. Only take pain meds at night. I had 350cc implants under muscle. Went for check yesterday, all is great but he wants drains to stay a little longer so will recheck on Friday. I was able to wash my hair in sink by myself at day 6. I am doing great. Before surgery my natural breast size was equal to about 380-400 implant so I am very happy. The pain has been much less then other surgeries I have had.

i feel like subglandular looks so much better for transgender women because it doesnt give them the boxy tight muscly looking appearance :( its just difficult because there is rarely enough breast tissue that develops to support over the muscle placement

Hi, I have some questions. I’ve been thinking about getting a breast augmentation, but I’m a competitive ballroom dancer and with that, would I loose a lot of my chest movement ability such as body roll’s and dancing swing which requires kinda jumping around? Is it best to not get the augmentation for these reasons, since I don’t plan of quitting dancing? I’m also with a board certified eligible surgeon and is that good enough? Or should I keep searching? I’m so nervous but I’m trying to get to the excited end of this. Thanks for any feedback in advance 😊

Breast implants don't belong in your body period, ladies. Before you do it, please listen to the thousands of women telling their stories on RU-vid of how implants destroyed their health and in some cases (including mine) almost killed them.
