Finals are potentially the ultimate high-stakes exam therefore are stressful for all involved, not just the student! Success is dependent on the interplay and interaction between all parties.
Here PREPARE4FY1 and Emma Cameron a 5th year medical student demonstrate a shoulder examination in a finals situation. This video provides a unique opportunity to witness the interactions between student, patient & examiner thus maximising your chances of success.

Also do internal rotation by standing erect, palms close to the side and then rotate the humerus inside like doing pronation
