Great video, Dejan. Would it be possible to do in one of your next videos a similar one for the elbows and wrists? I am doing your beginner 8 week muscle building program and got injured in week 3 with triceps tendonitis from push up exercises, especially diamond pushups (even if I am careful with not flaring my elbows out). Didn´t feel the programming is too taxing for my muscles, but likely my tendons need more time to get used to calisthenics.
Its this exrecises good also if you already damaged i feel pain in left arm in the front of the soulder when i do exrecises where my hands start shaking more specifically(diamond push, dips on the ring or when i box and use jab)? I would be very grateful for an answer
