thank you so much! i dislocated my shoulder twice last year and i have been rehabbing for a whole year. just joined my local rugby team in Florida, USA and am very nervous about my shoulder coming out again, i play in my first game this weekend as a lock. these exercises have helped tremendously in giving me confidence.
Sorry to hear about the shoulder. Great that you are proactive in your rehab and trying new exercises to help reinforce the joint. All the best with the game!
@@lemuelbecc went super well, played a total of fives games since posting this and have been totally injury free and the shoulders feel great... have been conditioning with this gentleman's videos and have been in great shape!
I was 'reduced' to playing touch rugby with some of the ex-players at my club because of many, many shoulder issues. Hope this video will help out the youngsters who struggle with the good old shoulder issue. Thank you so much for making this video!!!
got to playing full contact social rugby, we play 5 or 6 games a year, never thought I'd be playing a full contact game again, made me so happy!@@CoachFmt
built up general fitness with touch and now able to play (on a relaxed level) again, videos like yours are so important for anyone in doubt wether to start or , as in my case, pick up rugby again, thank you!
Really it depends. We can use some of them as “fillers” during lower body strength lifts. Or use the whole sequence as a warm up for a whole body lifting sesh. Or include 1-2 of them as part of a “rehab and mobility circuit”.
