How should I warm up my shoulders? Tight shoulders? Shoulder flexibility an issue? What should I do to increase my range of motion? I keep injuring my shoulders how do I protect them?
This tutorial is for all movers out there! Calisthenics, yoga, pole, aerialist, gym rats and anyone else concerned about their shoulder health and range of motion. This is a quick little, abbreviated tutorial on how to warm up your shoulders while simultaneously increasing your range of motion and flexibility PLUS also increasing the strength and control of your stabilizer muscles to prevent injury. Adding in this short little series to your pole, aerial or calisthenics warm up will be an all around win for your body.

Thank you for that feedback Nicole. Much appreciated. Pole and aerial definitely takes a toll on the shoulders so taking the time to stretch and strengthen the shoulders is essential to shoulder health and longevity in your pole/aerial years 😊

Not entirely sure what you mean by that? There are a lot of muscles involved in the shoulder mount.
