I was a medical assistant and have basic knowledge of anatomy. I just had my shoulder AR MRI and I'm trying to follow, but this Doctor talks so fast it's kinda hard. But, I'm following. Even though I've never studied radiology, ever.
Shoulder mri shows.. 1 Acromio claviclular joint shows oedematous changes in acromio claviclular ligament and marrow edema in distal clavicle on mri..sir i am having scapular pain last 6 months...Does that changes means TUMOR OR CANCER OF BONE..
Everything seems to be up to interpretation. Is there any two doctors that ever agree on a MRI? There's a doctor with a website and a MRI that shows the patient with four arrows pointed towards a full thickness tear. If the doctor says it's a full thickness tear then it must be right? Then it says they injected him with stem cells and now he's lifting 400 lb weights. I think he may have misinterpreted the MRI don't you? Or should I go get the stem cell injection?
