Dear sir, you are a doctor, a mercy and a hope for life, I am an Egyptian male, 49 years old. I get a simple pain in my right knee. it was diagnosed with MRI as a condition of **** ((( posterior horn medial meniscus root attachment tear ))) **** do I need to operate a surgery to prevent the knee joint collapsing? Or I can be treated by a conservative medicine ways and certain types of foods with decreasing walking and movement? It is possible for this tear to be healed itself without surgery. Is there a major problem will occur to knee joint if surgery is not performed? by knowing That now I can walk without pain and without obstacles in straightening and bending my knee without using any painkillers..
