BurgerWorld is one of the most enjoyable pointbreaks in Indonesia and breaks every week during Shoulder-Season. During In-Season, the rare day at BurgerWorld results in super fun surf but super frustrating crowds. During Nov-Feb, the majority of surfing resorts and charter boats shut down but BurgerWorld is still there and breaks almost every week.
Don't make the mistake of visiting the Mentawais during the wrong time of the year for what you're after. Shoulder-Season (Nov-Feb) is a great time to score fun size rights (shoulder high to overhead), mostly rights and less people.
