There are plenty of shows on Broadway with diverse casts just because this show doesn't have other ethnicities ( or it might and it just didn't show that part) There are many shows with many ethnicities so stop trying to say something that is incorrect
It's not "incorrect"... Most shows on Broadway DON'T have a diverse cast (one or two poc as an ensemble members don't spell diversity) and plays especially have this problem. Just because a few popular shows are diverse doesn't mean that we can't address this issue. Diverse shows are usually an anomaly. Read up on diversity issues on Broadway before you come on my comment talking about "incorrect"
I completely agree. I read a great review about this play but I'm annoyed by the fact that this cast looks entirely white and dare I say, "basic". I too am quite tired of the play directed by the white guy, written by the white guy, about the white family/group of friends that takes place in the nice white home with the occasional PoC who pops in to help out with the drama.
+indiamedia147 My thoughts exactly, most of the plays on Bway right now have not only mostly white casts but mostly white and male creative teams. It'd be nice to see PoC on stage and behind the scenes for a change
