The state of security in this country is shocking!! What makes him think he’s got any authority when he leaves the boundary of the company.. what a TIT….
The question to ask yourself isn't how they think they have authority. They might very well know that they don't. What matters is whether there are any consequences for them when they act like this. If there isn't, why wouldn't they try to bullshit and gaslight people into doing what they want them to, whether it's legal or not? No consequences = no reason not to, legal or not.
When he radioed in he forgot to mention that they were stood on a PUBLIC pavement...would help if the security guard knew his boundaries and the law. Worthy of a Statler and Waldorf send off!
I love your audits/videos. You sound so innocent and pleasant, it's great. You also sound surprised when you announce your videos, as if you can't believe people are watching - you're hilarious. When these bell-ends say "It's a secure site" that should be an end to the conversation. It's secure, so they should have no worries about people outside the perimeter fence. I have recently learned a new expression about people like this security guard: "Sir, you are a complete Cock Womble". The term 'Cretin' is also one of my favourites. Keep up the great work!!
Im always amazed how people in the Uk have to deal with each other, in my country he comes out on the street and he gets told to F THE F OFF YOU F'ING F
Interesting: The 'No Photography' sign does not display its source enforcement authority that governs its policy. Therefore it's more like a generic common type of sign that anyone can buy from a hardware shop.
Indeed, but pretty much made completely redundant when the security chap told “Jim” that he could, but just wasn’t being given permission to use his and his colleague’s images. 😆
As soon as she said you are not allowed then it becomes journalistic and falls under the journalistic exemption of UKGDPR so you can publish the faces of those who present such objections. The gentleman also displayed the back of the SIA Licence holder when advised it was a crime not to display correctly, once again, journalistic work to raise awareness of such matter. Great video. 💚💚💚💚
I've commented on other of you videos. In this particular case, I know the building quite well. You are quite close to a Sainsburys, TSB offices and Barclays offices. You are right to say it looks intriguing. I wonder what the CAA app might say about overflight. You might find that intriguing as well. The main GCHQ building is relatively close by, but I would not advise cycling along the A40 dual carriageway.
Mitie does the facilities maintenance at my work and I think its a great name because if you ever report something that needs done, they might fix it the might not.
Be interesting to know what Mitie's profit margins are given they spend zero on training their staff. Also how many Tory MP's and peers are on their board of directors given the amount of Gov contracts they have!!!
When they say "it's a secure premises", just say "Good! You've got nothing to worry about then". And if they don't identify after asking for your ID, then just say, "ok, then I don't have to give you any more of my time" and ignore them until they tell you.
Another great vid PA. Why are the thickest goons always thick around the waist as well? ...I'm sure that guy would be entitled to Maternity leave with a middle that huge
😂got to laugh at these clueless muppets. They choose a job in security, yet don't know the first thing about the law or how to politely interact with the public.
Your 'Jim Henson' made me cough up my cup of tea. That ancient bloke didn't have a clue did he - he sounded to me like Norman Collier doing his 'faulty' microphone' routine. Brilliantly funny, thank you!
I just love self entitled uneducated security who haven't got a clue what they are talking about, mrs hiviz and mr personal data were hilariously so wrong in everything they said, 😂😂😂 these 2 are an auditors dream ,instantly taking the bait ,and just haven't got the sense to walk away ,😂😂😂 brilliant
Mitie are not so mighty when it comes to intelligence. In fact a great example of dumb security! The security guard has no idea of the law, accuses the photographer of lying, yet is stood on the public footpath totally unaware of the rubbish he is spouting purporting to know the law and gets it totally wrong.
