Bill Finn I find is rather underrated. He may not have written a WHOLE lot of stuff but he’s brilliant. Especially 25th Annual. I love that show

nothing short of a legend.

I was revisiting this interview when I realized this: James Lapine should help Bill out with that Sondheim friendship! He has worked with both of them, it's not that hard of a connection.

I know it might take a miracle for this to happen, but I hope someday Paul does an episode with Andrew Lloyd Webber or Stephen Sondheim.
