Dang I missed my show and tell! And it was a Macaw a man trained for interacting, depending on the bird's mood that day, and was really nice and gave lots of info

8:35 legit is me. Every time I see the equivalent of one of the ambassadors I’m like “omg! It’s a Barbara or Baked Bean!” Side note: I was recently in Disneyland and these girls talked about a giant roach that landed on one and how “gross” they are. I HEAVILY contemplated pulling out my “being mad at cockroaches is like being mad at a fire fighter for showing up at a fire.” But I didn’t know them and knew that it would not be a successful teaching moment.

We have a burrowing owl center in my hometown and i was friends with a guy who worked there so i got to meet them behind the scenes and Potter hopped up on my shoulder hehe and Athena swooped at my hair. I lub owls
