He made the right decision to come back home instead of being placed on a 9-year probation. He also told the truth on not getting an automatic US passport because he was over 18 years old at the point of entry into the US. As it stands, he may be able to dodge the 99-years ban of deportees because of the technicality regarding his failure to adjust his status regarding residency in the US.
@@Papsey1 i believe a good lawyer can argue that he was denied due process surrounding his initial entry as a minor into permanent residency. should he have been treated as a minor like his siblings and granted automatic citizenship? one thing is for sure, he has to stay out of trouble here in Ghana for that to happen.
